There is even a group for English speakers. 
But I think you won't have issues meeting ppl that speak English. Most Germans have at least basic English skills since we all learned it at school. Some more than others I suppose... But as long as you don't want to discuss quantum physics, just be brave and say hi if you see interesting ppl.
