Nach zwei schwierigen Jahren für Euch und drei für mich, kann es dieses Jahr für uns alle einfach nur gut werden.
Letztes Jahr waren es gerade eure Rückmeldungen die mir sehr geholfen haben.
Das wird mir unvergesslich bleiben.
Gerade deswegen freue ich mich auch schon riesig darauf, mit euch gemeinsam die Milonga Fantasia Intima 2023 zu zelebrieren.
Freitag 24. November 2023 ist es soweit.

Dieses Jahr beginnt der VVK am Dienstag 01. August 2023 um 21:00 Uhr.
Anmeldungen die vorher eingehen werden nicht berücksichtigt.
Auch werden nur Anmeldungen per E-Mail zugelassen.
Der Eintrittspreis beträgt 47,50€ pro Person, und 95,00€ pro Paar.
Die Anmeldung kann als Antwort auf diese Mail erfolgen oder an
info@milonga-fantasia-intima.de.
Eine Anmeldung zur Newsletter ist auch Pflicht.......

So schnell wie letztes Jahr war die Milonga Fantasia Intima noch nie ausverkauft.
Normalerweise waren es drei bis vier Tage, letztes Jahr waren alle Plätze binnen 28 Stunden vergeben.
Es bleibt wie gewohnt bei maximal 90 Anmeldungen, denn wir wollen ja noch tanzen können.
Sobald diese Anzahl erreicht ist, geht es in die Warteliste.
Chancen sind dann immer noch da, denn es gibt immer die eine oder andere Abmeldung.
Die meisten in der Regel in der letzten Woche. Es bleibt immer spannend.

Wer sich vor dem 01. Oktober 2023 von der Milonga Fantasia Intima abmeldet, erhält sein Eintrittsgeld zurück.
Danach wird das Eintrittsgeld aus Gründen der Planungssicherheit nicht mehr zurückgezahlt.
Besteht eine Warteliste, werde ich aber gerne vermitteln.
Wenn ihr selbst für Ersatz sorgen wollt, könnt ihr dies natürlich gerne auch tun.
Beachtet in dem Fall bitte, Tanguerakarte nur an eine Tanguera, Tanguerokarte nur an einen Tanguero.
Bei einer Paarkarte kann die Karte an ein Paar oder an eine einzelne Tanguera undeinen einzelnen Tanguero abgegeben werden.
Denn das Genderverhältnis soll ausgeglichen sein.
Den Geldtransfer müsst ihr untereinander selbst aushandeln.

Auch dieses Jahr habe ich wieder mein bewährtes Team zur musikalischen Gestaltung des Abends für euch engagiert:

Die drei werden uns wieder mit ihrem Gespür für diesen besonderen Abend zum tanzen animieren.


Mit ihrem einzigartigen Workshop, bieten Michaela & Tom wieder die Möglichkeit, euch auf diesen wunderbaren Abend einzustimmen.
Sie holen euch aus der Hektik des Alltags ab und bringen euch sanft auf den Weg in einen erholsamen aber spannenden Abend.
Wer daran teilnehmen möchte, sollte dies direkt mit der Anmeldung tun.
Spätere Anmeldungen sind natürlich möglich.
Die Teilnahme kostet 25,00€ pro Person, bzw. 50,00€ pro Paar.
Beim Workshop muss das Genderverhältnis absolut stimmen.
Singles können sich natürlich auch anmelden, aber erst wenn sich ein passendes Gegenstück anmeldet wird Mann/Frau zugelassen.


Auch dieses Jahr wird es wieder eine Joyclub Gruppe, nur für angemeldete Gäste geben.
Wer in diese Gruppe aufgenommen werden will, teilt mir bitte seine/n Joyclubnamen bei der Anmeldung zur Milonga Fantasia Intima mit,
damit ich das bei der Anmeldung in der Gruppe auch sicher prüfen bzw. euch einladen kann.


Letztes Jahr wurde von einem Gast der Milonga Fantasia Intima, die Idee eingebracht am anderen Tag gemeinsam zu Frühstücken.
Ich finde diese Idee einfach wunderbar, so kann man sich am anderen Tag noch einmal austauschen und vielleicht auch neue Anregungen für nächstes Jahr mitnehmen.
Letztes Jahr hatten viele zu dem Zeitpunkt, das Frühstück im Hotel schon mitgebucht und nahmen deswegen nicht daran teil.
Auch war es in der Kürze der Zeit, schwierig eine Lokation zu besorgen.
Dieses Jahr will ich dies von vorneherein mit einplanen.
Wer sich anmeldet sollte auch gleich mit angeben ob er am Frühstück teilnehmen will.
So kann ich auch hier viel besser planen.
Das Frühstück wird für die Zeit von 11:00 Uhr bis 13:00 gebucht werden, dann können wir auch gut ausschlafen.

Friday 24 November 2023 is the day.

This year the advance booking starts on Tuesday 01 August 2023 at 21:00.
Registrations received before that time will not be accepted.
Only registrations by e-mail will be accepted.
The ticket price is 47,50€ per person and 95,00€ per couple.
Registration can be made in reply to this mail or sent to
info@milonga-fantasia-intima.de.

The Milonga Fantasia Intima has never been sold out as quickly as last year.
Normally it took three to four days, but last year all the places were taken within 28 hours.
As usual, the maximum number of registrations is 90, because we still want to be able to dance.
As soon as this number is reached, we go to the waiting list.
Chances are then still there, because there are always one or two cancellations.
Most of them usually in the last week. It always remains exciting.
Anyone who deregisters from Milonga Fantasia Intima before 01 October 2023 will have their entry fee refunded.
After that, the entrance fee will no longer be refunded for reasons of planning security.
However, if there is a waiting list, I will be happy to find a replacement.
If you want to find a replacement yourself, you are of course welcome to do so.
In this case, please note that tanguera tickets can only be given to one tanguera and tanguero tickets to one tanguero.
In the case of a couple card, the card can be given to a couple or to a single tanguera and a single tanguero.
This is because the gender ratio should be balanced.
You have to negotiate the money transfer between yourselves.

They will take you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and gently guide you on the path to a relaxing but exciting evening.
Those who would like to take part should do so directly with their registration.
Later registrations are of course possible.
Participation costs 25,00€ per person or 50,00€ per couple.
The gender ratio must be absolutely right for the workshop.
Singles can of course also register, but only if a suitable counterpart registers will men/women be admitted.


This year there will again be a Joyclub group for registered guests only.

Last year, a guest at the Milonga Fantasia Intima brought up the idea of having breakfast together on the other day.
I think this is a wonderful idea, because it gives us a chance to exchange ideas on the other day and perhaps take away some new ideas for next year.
Last year, many had already booked breakfast at the hotel and therefore did not take part.
It was also difficult to find a location in the short time available.
This year I want to plan this in advance.
Those who register should also indicate whether they want to take part in the breakfast.
This way I can plan much better.
The breakfast will be booked for the time from 11:00 to 13:00, then we can sleep in.
