When booking over the phone at one of de Oase partner hotels do you just tell them “I’d like to use password Oase” ? We’ve never done anything like this before lol.Partner Hotels
Yes, you can do this. But it is not necessary. They know the procedure. You can mention it also at Check-in. Kind regards.

You can either mention at the phone/email, that you want to join us, or at check in.
IMPORTANT: The transfer is only included if you book directly at the hotel via phone or Email.
If you book via search engines or hotel finder websites like booking com etc. it’s a different price and the transfer has to be paid extra.
