You have to enter the Country Code for Belgium “BE -“ bevor entering the name of your hometown, like in the attached picture:

Please follow the instructions of @*********BShy to your account settings and enter “Hasselt” into “Mijn Regio” ( 1 on attached picture). A dropdown menu will open, and you have to choos “BE- Hasselt” out of the menu (!), afterwords press “save”.

• making your Dates stand out if you place a Date

• sending "Specials" (little gimmicks/surprises) with your clubmails

• make your Clubmails stand out ("express")

Many groups are also open for languages other than german and you can write in english.

Two differant usernames would generally mean you have 2 accounts active. Try logging out on one device and logging in again with the username such, that both devices have the same username.

If that doesn't work then you need to contact JOYsupport to clarify the issue.
