Valentine’s is a Medieval invention; its traditions of love poetry, letter-writing & yearning are all subconscious echoes of Courtly Love.
For this Valentine's, we're radically revisiting the Medieval Court - where troubadours sang of desire, knights pledged passionate service, passion simmered in the boudoirs, and Courtly Love threatened the Church itself.
This isn't another trad Valentine's. We're reclaiming and reinventing the revolutionary spirit of medieval romance, when love was transgressive, devotion was dangerous, and deep desire was a smouldering spiritual force that challenged everything.

THE REVOLUTION OF COURTLY LOVE
The 12th century didn't just invent romance - it revolutionised what love could mean. Eleanor of Aquitaine championed a radical vision where women were worshipped, desire was sacred, and devotion trumped doctrine. The medieval tradition of courtly love explored desire and connection outside traditional structures - nobles expressing "love not found in their marriage." The Church saw it as sexual rebellion and tried to crush it.
We're reviving that revolution - but with kink over piety, passion over restraint, abandon over yearning, equality over hierarchy.
Medieval courtly love gave us Valentines itself, troubadour poetry, and the idea that love could transform you. But they suppressed the sex.
We're bringing it back.
We’ll learn from the best of the past. Modern chivalry isn't about hierarchy and power - it's about reverence and respect. Generosity and devotion. Acts of service as foreplay, & submission. Cherishing each other - while getting gloriously kinky.
All genders woo, serve, seduce, and surrender.
Are you ready to pledge your devotion?
